    Amazing internship experience!
    The good thingsI learned alot as a student and an employee, getting exposure in the industry and seeing how real-world engineering works is definitely eye-opening. This internship has elevate my passion in electrical engineering and i enjoyed the moment and knowledge that i've gained in the company

    The good thingsI have enjoyed gaining hands-on experience and learning about the real working environment in the industry. I also enjoyed interacting with the staff and technicians, as they were helpful and willing to share their knowledge and experiences. In addition, I enjoyed being involved in practical tasks such as cable management, motor installation, and observing the ISP3100 optical inspection system, which helped me improve my technical understanding and confidence.
    The challengesOne of the challenges faced during the internship was adapting to the fast-paced industrial working environment and handling tasks within the given deadlines. However, these challenges helped improve communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. Overall, the internship experience was smooth, but more exposure to advanced technical tasks and projects could further enhance the learning experience for interns.

    The good thingsI enjoyed gaining hands-on experience in machine assembly, wiring, and automation systems while working closely with engineers and technicians in a supportive working environment.
    The challengesThe challenges when was facing difficulties in understanding certain wiring diagrams and adapting to the fast-paced working environment during the early stage of the internship. I think should be improved on labeling for wiring diagram .

    The good thingsEnjoyed the practical and hands-on experience of assembly with the guidance of senior engineers and my supervisor. Everyone here is very friendly and helpful, where questions and open discussions are welcome. Event celebrations such as festivities and monthly birthdays were fun. Overall, great experience!

    Great Learning Experience with Strong Mentorship
    The good thingsSupervisor is very helpful in teaching and shares lots of technical/practical knowledge. Colleagues are fun and supportive. Great perks include weekly badminton sessions, free Friday breakfast, festival celebrations, and monthly birthday lucky draws!

    The challenges- Unfriendly upper management - Low increment of salary - Communication problems between departments due to differences in the way information is conveyed - Short development time for software - Always make multiple last-minute changes before the deadline - Minor guidance which required more self study - Each department does not understand what the other departments are responsible for, often resulting in unrelated work for wrong person

    The good thingsEven working as a software engineer intern, not only worked with software but also worked with hardware such as USB machine. Frequent contacts by the supervisor and asks for the task progress and gives advice. Open discussion environment with friendly staff.
    The challengesI did not feel anything challenging but suggested finding another company if the person wanted to work only or more on software. Recommended for people who want to work on both software and hardware.

    Interesting and Challenging
    The good thingsOverall, I believe my internship here has been fruitful and I had many opportunities to see how an engineering company operates, from what products the customers see online, to how the order is gone through sales, engineering, RND departments, and lastly production departments for the engineers and technicians to work on. The engineers work on the potential problems the product might have, and it is tailor made for the customers specifications. Each machine has its own unique solution and specifications required and it brings even more meaning to me that I have been exposed to almost all the processes and can bring some form of value of management to the whole company as a group with what I was able to complete in these 3 months.
    The challengesNeeded to work independently for most of my projects, supervisor was busy and I could not find time that he was available for further guidance.

    The good thingsThe tasks assigned to me during my internship were generally manageable, and I was provided with a wide variety of responsibilities to take on. Throughout the experience, my supervisors and colleagues were very supportive, always willing to offer guidance and advice whenever needed. The peaceful and quiet office environment allowed me to remain focused and productive. I also enjoyed their weekly badminton sessions.
