I also enjoyed interacting with the staff and technicians, as they were helpful and willing to share their knowledge and experiences. In addition, I enjoyed being involved in practical tasks such as cable management, motor installation, and observing the ISP3100 optical inspection system, which helped me improve my technical understanding and confidence.
The challengesOne of the challenges faced during the internship was adapting to the fast-paced industrial working environment and handling tasks within the given deadlines. However, these challenges helped improve communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. Overall, the internship experience was smooth, but more exposure to advanced technical tasks and projects could further enhance the learning experience for interns.
