    The challengesLACK OF SKILL DEVELOPMENT AND PROFESSIONAL GROWTH This is a commonly seen challenging situation at work. Organizations that don’t focus on employee growth and skill development routinely face, such challenges at work. some are just giving unprofessional advise, they're not even the related person too. COMMUNICATION CHALLENGES Many just talk bluffing and comes to actual they will turn upside down. LACK OF CONFLICT RESOLUTION when it happens, some hod is just avoiding or giving temporally solutions, they don't even think about improvement.

    The challengescompany working culture can be describe as typical local company which cannot compare to MNC. might hard to learn administration of a company such as standard procedure of MNC here(many procedure is to avoid double job or make sure doing the right thing using right method). the office environment quite bad because it is chicken farm place. Very high expectation result from management but lack of supporting resources and reasonable growth expectation. they will expect to cut big tree using small knife or without a knife. Personally did not see any Opportunities for career development, it just a normal job to me.

    The good thingsQL Poultry farm has very good working environment. Plus, staffs is very friendly and had a good farm management. Its also provided a salary for internship student including accommodation.

    So Many Experience
    The good thingsYou are able to handle many things, from handling the workers, arrange the farm activity, you your self make a planning for the chicken feed, water and the health of the bird. the best part is solving farm problems, you are the one who decide what to do and how to do. there is so many things you can experience by your self.
    The challengesThe tough part in handling this farm is how to maintain and take a good care of chicken health. you must know how to control the chicken house ventilation, make sure the farm biosecurity is fully under control, the medication planning for the bird and so many more you can experience here.

    Bad working environment and distance too far
    The good thingsManagement is always looking for new business to approach, it may be bring more profit to the company, however they did not realize that current production and stock level already reach maximum, some how, it caused argument between production line and management level.
    The challengesAs an account executive at farm side, i always remind to management level that our production is not enough for new business development, instead of keep approaching new business, why don't expand our production line, and of course this will incur huge amount of development cost. Besides that, as an account in farm, i have no authority to do full set of account due to all the report is done at HQ.
