    High demand but low pay
    The good thingsPerks of working in a well known company and big organization is that people think highly of the value of your job.
    The challengesBut the salary was really not competitive and it is way below market value. No increment for the past 3 years. But job getting more demanding with ridicolous KPI to fulfill. How ironic of that
