    The good thingsWhen at busy store, i can do lots of works and didnt even feel tired. Beside, i have an excellent staff and that make me more happy.

    I love to work here however during my time, my basic payment only 1100 for 2 years although I was promoted to other positions. The HR said that I need to be confirm only my salary can be adjusted.
    The good thingsYou will get staff amenities here. Flexible schedule. Great time for staff engagement. Every month will have team day out, either dinner or vacation.
    The challengesYou need to meet customer expectations and handle food with cautions. Must be in calm mind if facing any obstacles and complaint. Must have high critical thinking skills and able to solve problems in short time. When come to festive or holiday season, you will need to triple up your effort and must be ready with your physical and mental. During opening, you need to come early from schedule for preparation. While during mid time, you need to stick with SOP and firm with hand over procedure, MUST NOT DISOBEY this SOP during mid time to ensure products meet expectation. During closing normally will drag your time to 1 or 2 hours depending on the day it self.

    Stable company but no career growth
    The good thingsVery understanding superior, nice workplace and fun colleague. Work life balance is good here. Less stress on job. But its depends on your department and position. I'm lucky enough to have all above. Bonus is good but increment is very bad. LRT quite near.
    The challengesNo career growth because new comers will take the high position so you have no opportunity to be promoted. You could be the same grade more than 5 years. HR has no standard policy on the promotion of staff. Very unsatisfied benefit compared to other big companies. No flexible working hours. System mostly using manual and outdated. If you're from big company, you will be surprised. .

    The good thingspizza hut marketing take away and delivery department give lots of new thing to be explore and i had opportunity to work in groups. My team always helping me to explore as lots as i can since my internship only two month. I also had been given to join the other team to taste rnd pizza and also i can make my own pizza. Not only marketing but also i've been approach to join gol and gincu 2 launching from before,current and after the event.
    The challengesi am student in educational university and the environment there was so different as internship place. The different between lifestyle, communication and also working life. At my first two week at here i am struggling to adapt and follow the working culture. To many new things i've learn and starting from that i love to work and adapt the working place environment. People around me very nice and kind and always helping me to explore as much as i can.
