During opening, you need to come early from schedule for preparation. While during mid time, you need to stick with SOP and firm with hand over procedure, MUST NOT DISOBEY this SOP during mid time to ensure products meet expectation.
During closing normally will drag your time to 1 or 2 hours depending on the day it self.
