    The management has no clue of what they are doing. They practice favoritism (only a special person will get a "special" treatment and promotion). They do not have a direction where they are heading; every meeting is basically a waste of time. There's no so-called "discussion," only what they feel like and what they want you to do—therefore, no good for career growth. The product is badly planned. They can survive till today just because they are lucky! (if you get what i mean)
    The good thingsNothing except for the food in the pantry they are so proud of.
    The challengesEverything! Not a company you should consider, especially if you want to grow your career.

    The good thingsOverall is good. The pantry is always full. Team building and company trip also provided. The benefits also good.

    The good things- travel allowance - eased the financial burden of commuting to work - well-stocked pantry - convenience during long hours and tight deadlines
    The challengespoor management - lack of effective leadership, outdated style no chance to grow - hard to learn new things and move up in the company bossy leaders - people in charge were too controlling and didn't listen to others no direction - we didn't know where the company was headed, which made it hard to work well. no strong leaders - no good role models to follow or guide us Overall, this company is not good for new graduate. If you just finished school and want to learn and grow, this company might not be right for you. They don't help you succeed or offer good opportunities.

    The good thingsBadminton event for exercise purpose. Other than that was company sales event such as promoting and marketing. Nothing else.
    The challengesYou need to know everything, especially from off-premise software until online software, development also must expert in security, stability, testing and etc of skill, totally was 3 man power task. Other than that, you must able to multi-tasking, you need to complete 2 to 3 project within same duration of time frame.
