The management has no clue of what they are doing. They practice favoritism (only a special person will get a "special" treatment and promotion). They do not have a direction where they are heading; every meeting is basically a waste of time. There's no so-called "discussion," only what they feel like and what they want you to do—therefore, no good for career growth.
The product is badly planned. They can survive till today just because they are lucky! (if you get what i mean)The good thingsNothing except for the food in the pantry they are so proud of.
The challengesEverything! Not a company you should consider, especially if you want to grow your career.
