Overall, the longer you work here and management will let you feel what is disappointed and hopeless
The good thingsgood colleagues, and a nice office environment
The challengesAll your increment or bonus is goes to the nice office environment, and "management only" company trip, so dont think about this if thinking can get bonus or increment yearly. Messy top stubborn management make the turnover rate super high.

    Unorganized working place
The good thingsBeautiful office and interior, friendly staff
The challengesConfusing request, management don't know what they want. Changes back and forth at the end they don't know what they want.

You will know when you get there!
The good thingsHappy working place, All bosses are very kind, supportive and humble, concern about their staff and family. Received surprise delivery and cake on a special occasion. Opportunities to learn, work and explore other countries (Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Singapore).
The challengesWhen received ad-hoc tasks that we need to start from scratch but this can be an opportunity too as we learn new things! Too open for working space, more employee benefit to be offered.

The good things- It's really a people company, management willing to listen, guide & lead you to the light. - You will never find a company that will provide you lunch for the entire month - management is not only a good boss but also a good leader
The challenges- depends on individual expectation

Too ambitious, with not a right resources
The good thingsGreat building, comfortable working place
The challengesUnclear company direction, too ambitious to achieve standard that the company desired without considering the lack of available resources. This in turn had strained the under skills employees and motivated them to leave the company.

Given the right motivation, not the right resources
The good thingsHigh-potential development/solutions team Passionate leaders Cute office
The challengesToo many changes in direction in a short period of time (we're talking about weeks) and having too little manpower and resources to keep up with the changes. Very obvious biased treatments towards specific departments and personnel. Failed to serve the purpose of a solutions provider for employee engagement & HR-related platforms - still lacking understanding of their own employee challenges and needs.

    Not a People Company
The good thingsThe office is very pretty. The staffs are young and cool.
The challengesThe Management talks and sells "people" product, but treats internal member, their own "people" badly. They do not understand Engagement Practice and certainly do not practice engagement principle. They constantly de-value staff and discourage ideas and self-empowerment. Staff is not been given the necessary tools and support needed to accomplish tasks. Management failed to listen to their own "people" and staff always be blamed for any shortcoming in delivery.

Good learning experience for fresh graduates
The good thingsEmployer introduced multiple benefits in order to encourage it's staff to stay on such as holiday packages yearly and monthly get together among staffs.
The challengesCompany should focus more on supporting it's staff instead of listening to all of the external partners advices and comments. Staff are being pushed to attend to matters which aren't important just because of the comment of their partners and clients.
