    We are an Information System consultancy company dedicated to helping clients find innovative business-driven ways to implement and maintain HCM system, Mobile Application, bespoke HR application, university management system and more. We specialise in the delivery of best practice in HCM and Data analytics to decision-makers in organisation, enabling them to maximise the potential of their information. We assist our customers in all stages of the development lifecycle, from initial analysis through to delivery, reappraisal, support and maintenance. We have successfully implemented HCM projects for blue-chip clients all around the world, in areas such as HCM Business Process Streamlining, System Implementation, Enhancements, Maintenance of HCM applications and HR mobile application development.We are currently growing our team located in Singapore (Risorsa Umana Solutions Pte. Ltd) Malaysia (RAMS Solutions Sdn Bhd), Thailand (RAMS Solutions Co., Ltd) Vietnam (Cong Ty Tynh Risorsa Umana Solutions) & Indonesia (PT RAMS Solutions Nusantara) and we are looking for passionate people to join our team.

    Overall, the longer you work here and management will let you feel what is disappointed and hopeless

    The challengesAll your increment or bonus is goes to the nice office environment, and "management only" company trip, so dont think about this if thinking can get bonus or increment yearly. Messy top stubborn management make the turnover rate super high.
