    Its a pretty good company to start career especially for fresh graduate but it could be not challenging and limit for career growth(if you have big ambition / expectation).
    The good thingsThe pace and slow and easily catch up by new joiner. they have friendly environment between all department and level. They also have several events to celebrate the staff and employees. Very kind top management people.
    The challengesToo pasive and slow pace would cause new joiner to expect they could learn many things and would be very curious to explore more. the idea or knowledge is limit for exec level to learn.

    The good thingsEnvironment is good. Besides, work balance which I love all the employees keep friendly. Will add more value for me about the technical skill. The ISO company will take more challenge for my self and other employee. The job scope very balance for me quite interesting.
    The challengesSome challenger about the material selection and product design as well but there are professional people can guide me to complete the task given. When refer to human factor that hard to control to got the best finish good of product. Sometimes operator will not check the part.
