Its a pretty good company to start career especially for fresh graduate but it could be not challenging and limit for career growth(if you have big ambition / expectation).The good thingsThe pace and slow and easily catch up by new joiner. they have friendly environment between all department and level. They also have several events to celebrate the staff and employees. Very kind top management people.
The challengesToo pasive and slow pace would cause new joiner to expect they could learn many things and would be very curious to explore more. the idea or knowledge is limit for exec level to learn.
