    I just have to get work done before deadline for first 5 day of every month
    The good thingsthe work load is not that stressful and always can meet deadline on time. i have great bosses and colleagues who never stop give support and share knowledge. my field work need to cooperate with most employees in the hospital. most of employees are very understanding and helpful to get work done together. it is a great environment & friendly people to work with.
    The challengesThe only reason i have to quit my job after a year it is only because of very low salary. i have a degree but they said i am over qualified although they can always open a new position because it is still a new office and still not a complete team. so they rate me based on SPM result. i have requested many time to get an increment for salary but month after month nothing had being done. i hope they can consider more about this matter.
