    Terrible management
    The good thingsFriendly colleague and decent medical coverage
    The challengesNot given clear job scope, not given adequate onboarding, thrown into meeting with no prior knowledge and expect you follow up on everything without proper documentation and training. You will never figure out what your responsibility is until you get scolded working here.
