    It's not a good experience working here as there is a lot of workload. The management needs to change their way to understand what employees going through.
    The good thingsI truly appreciate the medical benefits provided, having friendly and supportive colleagues creates a positive and motivating work environment.
    The challengesThe management style of the finance manager, who tends to micromanage, makes it challenging for employees to perform independently and with confidence. Furthermore, the working relationship between the finance head and the HR staff—who are husband and wife—raises concerns about a potential conflict of interest. Since both hold key decision-making roles, it creates a perception of bias and favoritism. There is also a high turnover rate, with many employees resigning due to the intense pressure imposed by both the finance and operations department managers. Additionally, employees are reluctant to approach HR with concerns, as any information shared is often relayed directly to the finance manager. This undermines trust and violates basic principles of confidentiality and neutrality in HR. Unfortunately, there appears to be no corrective action taken by upper management to address these issues.
