    Good benefits but workload is too much
    The good thingsThere are a lot of activities for our department (E.g. Yoga, Fruits/Sandwiches day, Potluck etc) and morning huddle with games on every Friday. And everyone is friendly and always helping each others.
    The challengesCarry out more services but with limited manpower. One employee might handling 2 or more projects.

    The good thingsIt's a fast pace company, so you will think outside the box on how to get things done within the timeline. It challenges you to make decision fast & be creative on the way you work with multiple people from multi national around the globe. The best part, you can feel a strong bond that you had with you colleagues or ex-colleagues, and becomes friend outside office hour.
    The challengesWe need to follow SOP whenever a process being done, in order to remain compliance with internal & external system.

Enjoy with management team by there is monthly town hall that explain business achievements or changes ofstaff recruited. Monthly celebrate birthday. Family day.

    The good thingsIt teaches you to develop the sense of urgency whenever decision is required to be made in a short period of time. Apart from that, you would learn a lot processes fast and it polishes your fast learning skills. Other than that, you get the opportunity to work in an MNC environment, whereby you will learn a different view/opinion from different culture and region all around the globe. That will give you the opportunity to have an open mind and always accept to any solution or suggestion from anyone. Moreover, RB teaches me to challenge status quo which I used to have \"nightmare\" with previously.
    The challengesWhen things move too fast, we tend to overlook on the proper process for a job completion. We need to find ways on how to be respectful on other people's timeline, whenever a project is being worked on.

    The challenges-not much career advancement. -average pay, a lot of work, typical US company culture stressing on lean organizational culture. Hope the acquisition by RB can lessen the strong US type company culture. -do not stress on creativity and innovation with too much of compliance issues to be adhered. If you are a creative person, skip this company!!

    The good thingsBeing part of the team player, the positive attitude and outlook among colleagues definitely change my way on how to deal with difficulties and improve way to communicate with target customer effectively. How to do things fast, act and respond quickly when something bad strike us. Set a work/life balance boundaries.
    The challengesLess paperwork, more environmental friendly and fewer reporting days. Clearer guidelines and SOP would definitely safe my time. Based on my past achievement, I could do it even better if I am able to target the right customer, drill into their profile and sell according to their needs.

With flexibility working time to manage any task given, the support by the teamwork is very good to make you be more proactive. The token and rewarding for achieving any company target is great and the opportunity to grew your careers is at its best to ensure everyone is recognized based on their hardworking results.
    The challengesTo explain with a lot of managerial level for any new project by using teleconference with most of the language is difficult to understand. There is some manager didn't give much support and keep pressuring to deliver the new project without noticing any irregularities and difficulty. Some task need you to stay overnight and leave your social life at the moment but the return was great
