    The good thingsGood salary with a lot of tools to enhanced your skills and strength. With flexibility working time to manage any task given, the support by the teamwork is very good to make you be more proactive. The token and rewarding for achieving any company target is great and the opportunity to grew your careers is at its best to ensure everyone is recognized based on their hardworking results.
    The challengesTo explain with a lot of managerial level for any new project by using teleconference with most of the language is difficult to understand. There is some manager didn't give much support and keep pressuring to deliver the new project without noticing any irregularities and difficulty. Some task need you to stay overnight and leave your social life at the moment but the return was great
