    Great hospital environment working experience
The good thingsWork-life balance and benefits given to staff are more than enough.  Such as shuttle services for staff from LRT/Hostel, hostel provided for staff, always giving opportunity for staff career growth, providing sufficient training, and many more benefits given by the employer.
The challengesThere’s nothing I dislike about the job in particular. Challenges Is The  Knowledge Make You Valuable

Supported by the Senior Management Team (SMT), I am empowered to focus on creating a supportive and engaging workplace culture, driving strategic recruitment efforts, implementing employee welfare initiatives, and managing operational HR challenges, while fostering strong relationships across departments and contributing to ReGen's growth.
The good thingsOpportunities to make a significant impact in shaping the workplace culture. Supportive management with an open-door policy. Collaborative and engaging HR team. Focus on employee well-being with allowances and welfare initiatives. Flexibility in implementing innovative HR strategies.
The challengesManaging diverse expectations across departments can be demanding. High volume of recruitment and staffing needs requires strategic planning. Balancing operational tasks with long-term goals.

Hospital specialized in rehab and therapy treatment
The good thingsThis Hospital is a new 4 years in Malaysia. This hospital has a good facility for staff and also visitor.
The challengesthe challenge of working here is facing staff who cannot communicate well. The management, especially HR, is very disappointing because the staff does not get a good reference if there is a problem, as if they don't know how to handle it, don't want to handle it, avoid dealing with it. The salary is relatively low for new staff who have previous work experience. The location of the hospital is quite far inland and it is quite difficult if anyone does not have their own vehicle, the bus stop and LRT station are quite far. If you have more money, you can book grab. The hospital has 2 studio condos nearby, if the salary is more you can rent there. This hospital has a hostel for healthcare staff but it was closed for unknown reasons so many fresh graduate staff quit because of the low salary to rent near the hospital, if there is a bit far from the hospital. Please the management take action to reduce staff leaving this hospital.

More skills and learning apart from acute nursing care.
The good thingsBest team work among nurses, therapist and 2-7 specialties of doctors. Learning new procedures and skills as one to one with therapist and physicians. Easy to manage stress with our clinical neuropsychologist and supportive ward managers. Therapist are too helpful in teaching the nursing teams about patient's safe transferring and techniques for their rehabilitation prior discharge.
The challengesLove the achievements of patient's admission goals both as inpatient and outpatient. Their level of progression as both physically and mentally bring us a deep satisfaction. Conducting more CNE and CME's weekly about new therapy equipments and nursing managements are helpful in increasing our knowledge in rehabilitation. Healthcare workshops in and outside the hospital compound are like a refreshments for the staffs too.
