    Overall is good, ups and downs, employees are still getting their bonuses and increment!
    The good thingsWork life balance, flexible working arrangement, yearly bonus and increment, the best environment office, good benefits for staff, nice & supportive colleagues, supportive Managers! Less politics.
    The challengesNo career development due to small office, have to multi-tasking and sometime has to take over other people task.

    Supportive colleague, fixed bonus, work-life balance
    The good things- Fixed annual bonus + performance bonus - Good yearly increment - Work-life balance - Supportive colleague if we are on-leave - Not too much work with average salary
    The challenges- Time difference with HQ (Germany), need quite some time to have a decision when ask them - Same job scope since my first year of working; doing offer (quotation) and order. - I do not see my career path if I'm still here. Still doing the same thing with a same role already for 5 years. - Am I doing the same thing for many years to come? Might be boring. - Limited technical that can be learned as we focus on a OLTC & its associates only.
