    The good things1. The management team are very willing to teach fresh graduates or new employees regarding the job function. They are willing to help each other to solves problem and issues together. 2. The management team are willing to give employees opportunities to share their opinions and ideas to improve their job. 3. The management team they will show their appreciation of your job through some gift.
    The challenges1. The company should improve their system in manage the work as sometime the work become too manual as employee need to spend a lot of time on paperwork. 2. In the company, we work as a team, we must communicate with different department in order to get the job done smoothly. The cooperation among each other is very important so we must be patient.

    The good thingsEmployer willing to share the benefit and negotiate the salary on the spot. Besides, their are sharing company information in more details for us to understand much more. The company are efficient on provide the offer letter, so that we could have enough time to deal with previous company. Low percentage of turnover. Company request work life balance, they needed work smart more than work hard.
    The challengesEmployee have too many manager to report, matrix level will confused for the standard policy. Low chances for you to get promote due to the limited position, so we must keep work hard to get promote. Communication with overseas customer and colleague because different country different understanding.
