Poor coordination, unclear job scope, and last-minute paperwork. Needs better structure.

The good thingsThe panel quite nice.

The challengesMy interview experience raised several concerns regarding professionalism and process management. There was confusion about the confirmed interview date, despite prior written communication, which created unnecessary inconvenience. Clear internal coordination and accountability would greatly improve candidate experience. The interview form, which required substantial personal and professional details, was only provided on the day of the interview. Expecting candidates to complete detailed documentation under time pressure may affect accuracy and does not reflect a well-structured recruitment process. Furthermore, while the role was advertised as an Office Assistant position, the responsibilities discussed during the interview appeared to align more closely with a Personal Assistant function, including direct support tasks for senior management. Greater transparency regarding scope of work would allow candidates to make informed decisions before attending the interview.
