    The good thingsThe Resmed Work Culture is a 28years of Legacy from the Founder; whom dedicated his life to understand what motivates employees towards higher performance and moves business forwards. He formulated 10 core behaviours and key focus areas. This formula made Resmed to succeed as preferred employer and excellent business performance which is reflected through its share prices.
    The challengesResmed is Global company with site in various countries. The challenge was in implementing the hi-performance culture in Malaysian Site. This challenges was overcome with excellent support from my Immediate superior (Snr Vice President of Global operations) and support from Learning Centers.
