    good company to work for long but need to see who will be your reporting
    The good thingswork life balance..competitive benefit that hard to find at other MNC...flexibility..proper training and handover
    The challengesincapable senior manager for leadership and knowledge. Need to be independent and having unclear direction. Worst was if got any issue, it will be divert to us back instead of us asking advice from them.
