    Journey from Yes to No
    The good thingsFascinating journey. Get to learn a lot of things. Most of the people are team players, very family-oriented.
    The challengesVulnerable to external factors. Poor SOP execution. Less investment in technology tools to support important day-to-day operation. Direction inconsistent. Mediocre HR, no employee engagement in bridging management and employees which it creates uncertainty. Failed to provide necessary mediation to conflicts. They should act as double-edged sword between management and employees, not one-sided flattering.

    The challengesThose good things are all gone now. HR need look into effort to retain staff, improve company benefit, talk to staff more to find out their needs

    A honest experience from 2018 till now
    The good thingsIt was a fun, young, vibrant company. Because it was a start-up, the company was continually recruiting people in, and it forms into a lovely family-like environment.
    The challengesBut everything change, no enough business to support the high maintenance of the company. And now, most of the people had resigned and moved on. If you are one of those people who enjoy challenges of start-up a company, this can be one of it. But bear in mind, this company have a difficult Singapore based HQ.

    Very secure company, constant monitoring.
    The good thingsThe top management make full use of the CCTV in the office, you go out toilet also they will know. So you know you are safe, because the management is always keep an eye on you.
    The challengesNo challenges, very chill company, sit at your own desk for 8 hour. A good challenges if you are those who are lack of discipline or cannot meditate for long hour.

    Mixed Martial Arts company
    The good thingsGet to learn all sort of martial art, one of their famous martial art is One Leg Kick. Other than that, main branch is famous for their Tai Chi, very good at transfer Qi. And the top management is specialize in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, their submission skill are master level.
    The challengesTo balance the Ying Yang, because of the natural of the company, lot of martial art need to master, so very easy to train until forgot what is Ying or Yang.

    The challengesCut pay without notice, no documentation provided after adjustments, force staff to work in office despite tight working space and less than average hygiene measures, head office constantly check your location and whereabouts.
