    The good thingsFascinating journey. Get to learn a lot of things. Most of the people are team players, very family-oriented.
    The challengesVulnerable to external factors. Poor SOP execution. Less investment in technology tools to support important day-to-day operation. Direction inconsistent. Mediocre HR, no employee engagement in bridging management and employees which it creates uncertainty. Failed to provide necessary mediation to conflicts. They should act as double-edged sword between management and employees, not one-sided flattering.

    The good thingsIt was a fun, young, vibrant company. Because it was a start-up, the company was continually recruiting people in, and it forms into a lovely family-like environment.
    The challengesBut everything change, no enough business to support the high maintenance of the company. And now, most of the people had resigned and moved on. If you are one of those people who enjoy challenges of start-up a company, this can be one of it. But bear in mind, this company have a difficult Singapore based HQ.
