    Suitable for those who looking for a more relaxed schedule and not seeking for career growth, and must be very patient with the stupid junior
    The good thingsLess working hours: 10 AM to 6 PM Salary is paid on time every month, typically on 7th Good for those who want a job for stability rather than career growth Extra incentives are possible if you contribute something that management find it as valuable
    The challengesImbalanced workload, only the manager and I code Unprofessional junior behavior tolerated,play on his phone during briefing,resisted guidance & never improve. No serious action taken to him at all. Poor Git practices, messy internal systems & demotivating culture Delayed EPF contributions for months
