    The good thingsGreat benefits, salary is higher than average and every year got increment. Good and supportive colleagues. Gain lots of experience and skills especially dealing with users, handling projects, and managing skills.
    The challengesOverworked because one person handle too many projects and the due date is also very tight. Need to add more staff and every person should focus on specific project to give the optimal results. Due to lack of resources, mental health affected due to overworked and high pressure from many sides.
