    The challengesThe person to report not willing to guide from beginning to the end, always come and show somethings halfway maybe they all are experienced and not willing to teach and guide them, no enough time to learn as a fresh person in this field, no international language used in the office, salary are extremely lower than any company outside, the HOD keep talking like elephant dream and expectation but ended up providing monkey training. Still got a lot bad things.
