    The challengesNot recommend for people live too far from the office coz sometime u might be going back late. Consume ur travel time longer than usual.

    The good thingsGood place to learn and grow. Most staff here is long serve so maybe company is goodla. Thanks God i did not reject this offer after i googled review last time. Its Ok i want to build my future. 2 meal everyday i am happy to save my money. Thanks.

    The good thingsHigh paced Good culture / Fun Togetherness - supportive team and HOD People who wrote negative comments maybe dont have things working out the way they want it to be. Tell me which work place has no stress? Hahaha. All good.

    The good thingsFriendly colleagues, lots of good food and office parties. Free lunch every day. You might get a BMW if you stay for 10 years. Top notch equipment: Mac, mirrorless camera, DJI pocket. Positive environment.
    The challengesHard to make time for family. Working hard until health is affected. Planning and direction change constantly, so always have to standby for last-minute changes, even on weekends. Every department need to do sales call on top of our main responsibilities.

    No work-life balance at all and pay grade too low
    The good thingsFree lunch and from time to time management gives gifts/bonuses (perhaps to distract from employees burnout)
    The challengesNo work-life balance at all. Weekend has no meaning to the management. You are expected to work around the clock and no time with the family. Even during public holiday you are required to come to office. Also toxic employees, perhaps due to burnout and low pay (minimum pay) Only work here if this is the last choice on earth that you have.

    Bad company system. no work life balance
    The good thingsall the workers are friendly. they treat us like family
    The challengesneed to be prepared for work 24/7. you need to be alert during your holiday too. overload work. 1 person had to do more than 5 work everyday. a fast-paced company. if u cant handle this, u will cry at your first day

    The challengesNeed to learn about technology, how fast media works on this era today, must thinks how to handle every situation when we had to solve other people problem. Work in team. How to survive bcs we do event and need to meet many people. How to manage team and yourself and create leadership in a short time.

    The good thingsThe great working atmosphere and supportive teams as well as free lunch ! Communication is important, you can talk to and through the right channel if there's anything bothering and surely your issue will be settled down to ensure the excellent progress of your work does not affected. Great experience gained through events and seminars that you join as crews. It opens up your mind to be more positive and building up your tolerance, patience and communication skills.
    The challengesEvery company has their own challenges especially the one dealing with deadlines. So this company is not exceptable. Nevertheless, great support and atmosphere will surely help you to reach the specific target within time!
