    The good thingsWhat I like the most about working is the sense of satisfaction when I complete a task successfully. It motivates me and gives me the drive to keep improving. I also enjoy working in a team where everyone supports and understands each other, as it creates a more positive and enjoyable work environment. In addition, I value the opportunity to learn new things and improve my skills, as it helps with my personal growth and career development.
    The challengesOne of the things I dislike about working is the high level of pressure within a short period of time. This situation can affect focus, cause mental and physical exhaustion, and reduce overall productivity. In addition, ineffective communication among team members is also a major challenge. When information is not conveyed clearly, it can lead to misunderstandings and disrupt the workflow. Furthermore, a lack of appreciation or recognition for the effort put in can negatively impact an employee’s motivation and morale.

    The good thingsThe company offers the best environment I ever had in life.. The office is first class ... clean and tidy and with high standard key locks. The directors to the high posts Chairman or MD, offers the best human relationship to the staff concerned. Their yearly dinner not to say the best I ever had, over the year ...say one year... one staff can have 8 dinners at least. What more to ask ? The food is not simply any dinner, usually lavish ones.
    The challengesSo far, if can get along with the colleagues as said many times, human relationships is the most difficult to create. If a word can turn to a gold, then everything will be diamond. Somehow, if many things over rides the little problem, we can easily turn the little problem to zero and becomes a happy event to encounter. Give and take policy that is best. Forgive others more, then nothing is on fire!!!!

    The good thingsYou would definitely love here if you are looking for a final job before retirement. The company put great recognition on people based on age and experience although academic level are sometimes 'mentioned.
    The challengesNot a sustainable business model if not for vast wealth accumulated during their early age, would've dissolve long ago.
