The challengesOne of the things I dislike about working is the high level of pressure within a short period of time. This situation can affect focus, cause mental and physical exhaustion, and reduce overall productivity. In addition, ineffective communication among team members is also a major challenge. When information is not conveyed clearly, it can lead to misunderstandings and disrupt the workflow. Furthermore, a lack of appreciation or recognition for the effort put in can negatively impact an employee’s motivation and morale.
