    Cheap labour hunter
    The good thingsFun working with friend. Hands on job on aircraft. Ideally, for those whos looking for more experience aircraft, this company offer that opportunity.
    The challengesLack of good communication between the management and the operation side. Feedback from ops side usually means nothing to top management. Business plan and development only focus on short term solution but not in a long run.

    Promise everything but in fact nothing
    The good thingsYou can learn new things and a lot as this is new company and got approval from CAAM.
    The challengesMicromanagement and remote management. Management put somebody that is not qualify for position. Blaming game is every day thing here. Once you screwed up, management will look down on you.

    Enjoy Working
    The good thingsEnjoy working here because work only 4 days in a week. Friday and weekend will consider as Over Time (OT). The salary is very high.
    The challengesJust one thing should be improve, the supervisor should not shouting or talk bad about employee because they dont deserve that. Honestly, please treat the employees nicely and the working environment will change in more joyful.
