The good thingsGood for those who looking for working experience and build up your career. Lot of indoor and outdoor activities such as games, sports, competition, celebration, team building, motivation course and 5S activities.
The challengesToo much meeting and training to attend (compulsory). Highly load of work and willing to do a job out from job of scope. Beware of 'favoritism environment' among top management.
