    We provides engineering consultancy services in the following civil and structural engineering disciplines:- Hydrology and Water Resources Engineering- Irrigation and Drainage Engineering- River Engineering and Flood Mitigation- Coastal Engineering- Sewerage and Water Supply- Construction Supervision- Project Management- Special StudiesOur services include planning, feasibility studies, engineering designs, consutruction management and post project evalution. We have planned and designed flood mitigation projects, irrigation systems, major hydraulic structures and dams. We also perform special studies and provide engineering trainings such as Malaysia's Second National Communication (NC2) and Climate Change Impact on Bekok and Sembrong Dam.RPM's market segment is mainly in infrstructure works such as water resources planning and management, irrigation system, urban drainage and flood mitigation. We are also involved in public-private initiative projects.RPM Engineers has completed projects in every state in Malaysia. RPM and its directors have also been involved in projects in Nogeria, Gambia, Japan, Vietnam and Indonesia.

    The good thingsGood for those who looking for working experience and build up your career. Lot of indoor and outdoor activities such as games, sports, competition, celebration, team building, motivation course and 5S activities.
    The challengesToo much meeting and training to attend (compulsory). Highly load of work and willing to do a job out from job of scope. Beware of 'favoritism environment' among top management.
