    Company claims to care, but neglects staff, leaving them undervalued and unsupported.
    The good thingsThere is absolutely nothing good I can say about this company. Every decision they make is driven solely by what benefits the organization, with no genuine regard for the employees who keep it running. It feels as though people are treated as disposable resources rather than valued contributors. Instead of fostering growth, support, or fairness, the company prioritizes its own interests at the expense of its workforce. This lack of care and consideration creates an environment where loyalty and effort are overlooked, leaving employees feeling undervalued and unheard.
    The challengesThe challenges I faced were overwhelming and left me with a very negative experience. Processes were unclear, support was lacking, and instead of making tasks easier, the system created unnecessary obstacles. This not only caused frustration but also wasted valuable time.
