    Bonus and increment are given to those the big boss likes instead of your work performance or KPIs.
    The good thingsEmployees get to enjoy the services at ZELL-V Wellness.
    The challengesNo work life balance due to too many ad hoc tasks and management often changes their mind and makes decisions at the last minute. Very old school company doesn’t accept any new ideas. Top management likes to scold and blame staff during meetings which makes you feel embarrassed eventhough it’s not your mistake and no one will stand up for you even your superior. The majority of staff are long-serving employees and their mindset is fixed and communication is difficult.

    The good thingsThe company boss really take care of the employee working safety, and provide good working environment to office staff.
    The challengesThe thinking of the company management really different. You have must have strong ability to adapt yourself to this so called "different" Chinese boss company culture.
