The challengesNo work life balance due to too many ad hoc tasks and management often changes their mind and makes decisions at the last minute.
Very old school company doesn’t accept any new ideas.
Top management likes to scold and blame staff during meetings which makes you feel embarrassed eventhough it’s not your mistake and no one will stand up for you even your superior.
