    The good things4.Those 4/5 star reviews surely are from management itself, because they want to give a false review to make fresh graduates join this company.
    The challenges5.There is an employment bond for 1 year, because the management won't let you leave. Management knows that fresh graduates will join although there is a 1 year bond.

    The good thingsBecause of word limit, split parts. 1.Team leaders are lack of knowledge, blur, do not know how work runs, "they" get their promotion to a high level just because of staying longer with the company and following instructions from management. There are people who get their promotion in a short period but provided he/she is good at bootlicking.
    The challenges2.Management always mentioned about willing to listen opinion but management just "say" only, they don't even listen and recognise staff efforts. 3.No BONUS at all from 2019 onwards, they always say : "we will try to discuss with HQ bla bla bla", then no news at all after that, management does not recognise your efforts no matter how well you are.
