    The good thingsI learn a lot of skills and experiences from the senior. This company provide many advance to staff. The environment, staffs, and customers are great.

    The good thingsGood support from subordinates and they are willing to go extra the miles and work in a team
    The challengesNo support from immediate superior and when you wanted to discuss action plan for the department he will never want to listen let alone try to consider our plans. To him no one can have a better idea than he himself and this makes people coming to see him for discussions feeling so demotivated and no mood to work. Have tried to follow his style of leadership but can't go on like this.
