    The good thingsGreat opportunity to enhance my career by involved myself in several department. Its develop my skills and boost my self-confident. Beside, engaging myself in Operations exposed me into the whole process of logistic , customer service, handling GLC & Private Tender, and achieving the set target. These made myself more experience and allowed me to changed who am I and became a valuable.
    The challengesThe changing of management in a few times caused myself a little bit confused. Its delay my routine task due to the changing of SOP and different instruction from difference High Level of Management. Sometime, it is hard to express my own idea due to unacceptable concept by the high authority. A simple task can be complicated when different instruction comes in respective days.
