Sabanilam Enterprise Sdn Bhd is a subsidiary of Malakun Holding Sdn Bhd (285280-A) and a Bumiputera Sabah-based Company which is involved mainly in property development.Sabanilam Enterprise Sdn Bhd is currently embarking on a major project to construct a meeting, incentive, conference and exhibition (MICE) complex facility on a 10.5 acres land along the Kota Kinabalu–Penampang Highway which is about 10-minutes drive from the Kota Kinabalu International Airport. This project is named as International Technology & Commercial Centre, Penampang (ITCC Penampang).

    Its an eye opening experience when working with a 'family-business' type of Management style. Good experience and lesson learnt.

    Exposing my ability to do more than one task at one time excellently.
    The good thingsWorking here gave me an experience of the nature working environment, plus gave me the chance to execute my job responsibility as an employee. On top of that, my employer also gave me a chance to be expose more than one department, which is helping me to grow much faster in my personal attributes. In addition,it has let myself to be exposed to make more new friends.
    The challengesSince I am the person who in charge of the payroll, the challenge is very high,because I am handling all the employee's salary and also will be fully take responsible of the payroll. So, to execute this task alone is hard but yet i am still able to do it. Plus, it make me work to the limit which is out of my range.
