What’s it like working at Salvatore Ferragamo?

    AI summary of recent reviews

At Salvatore Ferragamo, employees value the competitive compensation package including good base salary and commission schemes. Some team members also appreciate their colleagues and team environment, contributing to a positive workplace experience.

However, there are areas that present challenges, including concerns about traditional management approaches that could benefit from modernisation and more openness to staff feedback. The pressure to maintain monthly sales targets and VIP client relationships can be demanding, and the high staff turnover suggests some workplace stability issues.

Job Role and tittle is totally different. Bring the issue up to management but they will give excuses and saying better future here and job role can be change to more specific. This issue last for 3 years.
    The good thingsGood Ambiance.
The challengesIt will be good if the management can change to someone who are more open minded thinking and accept what the retail staffs opinion and explore how others brand changing and follow up the trend. Dare to dream and change from old school to modern!
