    This company taught me how to be a leader and how to work as a good team member. In addition, I was also able to learn how to manage time efficiently so that I can ensure that my team can follow the schedule set by the planner.
    The good thingsI really enjoy working here because of the happy work environment, the systematic management and the very attentive manager. This company offers many training programs so you can learn many things.
    The challengesIt was a struggle at first because I was the only woman in my department and I had to manage 9 male employees that are under my responsibility. Besides, this is my first time working with foreign workers, so the language barrier is a challenge for me because I worry about miscommunication that will affect work productivity.

    The good thingsThe environment and facilities quite good. This place is nearby to my house easy to come to my workplace . I also can learn so many things here . My boss and my is friendly & willing to teach me anything that i am not understand. Besides, i also can learn not only about my work but other department jobs.
    The challengesworking with people in each department. Handle customer request sometimes a bit stressful. Sometimes my superior pressure to do so many task in one times. Besides, need to manage my work because sometimes we need to catch the delivery schedule. I need to communicate with others department to make sure my work can run smoothly.
