    Working as Management Trainee less than 1 year, there are a lot of challenges that needs to be consider.
    The good things- Good experience to learning more about the oil palm process.
    The challenges- The company will not responsible for any damages to your vehicle specially for working in rual areas. - Working in rural areas, the company will not provide any food and drinks for the staff. - There will be a lot of challenges - Transportation will not be provide. - Require 4 wheel vehicles to drive near rural areas and normal vehicle unable to access in certain areas. - not for long term career when working in rural areas.

    The challengesSince it was already organized, for young and knowledge hungry like me are preferred to explore more, the challenges will be you have to work long hours travelling by land transportation due to my nature of works but less work done, and the process of acquiring new knowledge is slower than I expected.

    The challenges-Need to travel frequently to estates and have to solve a lot of ad hoc problem arise from the estate. -Manpower shortage which drag the operation of the estate.

    A Company With Great Feel Good Factor
    The good thingsThe company is actually stable and well managed. They are punctual paymasters and although they are basically a business oriented, the style of management is laid back and many employees are given room to grow and do their work without any sort of attempt at micro management from superiors. There is very minimal office politics and work environment is very good with positive employee interactions.
    The challengesFor most employees, the salary scale is at the low end of the scale. Many other companies of similar business operations are able to offer extremely better pay if not higher allowances. At times, the mindset of cost effectiveness is instilled into employees whereby employees are encouraged to work a little extra.
