Briefly, my experience is that my supervisor instructed me to open and service a pump on my own because he wanted to test me. I was able to complete all the work independently.The good thingsWhat I like is when I can work with friends and share my knowledge. By working, I can further improve my knowledge about the field I am interested in, which is mechanical engineering.
