    Do your best/find your way
    The good thingsManagers and colleagues are very nice. Every day said how are you. Then when ask something, they will told you to look for somebody else. At the end of the day, you have to be learn to be independent and find your way to solve the problems.
    The challengesToxic culture. get the jobs done, get paid and leave on time. everyone is busy.

    Bad management overall
    The good thingsNothing good to shout about, except some good colleagues.
    The challengesWorking for them for the past 9 months. Internally, they like to switch around management role, team overworked and understaff. Bad communication due to movement of staff. Ended my tenure without my knowledge by locking my access.
