    My Internship at Schott Glass
    The good thingsThe environment in the company was very nice as they have good facilities from their parking spaces, security, etc. The workers at the company was very nice as they have multinational workers inside the company thus you will met different people with different background. Guess what? They also did have a special spaces for thus who smoke so do not worry if you want to smoke at the workplace. They have a very nice cafeteria with a very affordable price. The company placed not very far from the city central thus you can access to many places easily.
    The challengesEvery jobs have its own challenge, from the people we are working with and with the work itself. In this company, I have a very quite tough experience as I am still lack in this field but I think if you did very well, you can achieve more with this company. What is work without stress right? So keep adapting yourself with the environment, blend with the people and stay awesome.

    The challengesIt's more than 40 years company and most of the equipment is out dated but still performing at it's best. Manufacturing waste and people's acceptance to new working environment. Change management always a challenge and this is not an excuse to stop from excel.
