    To gain experience? Yes. To stay? Absolutely no.
    The good thingsFriendly colleagues of various educational background. A place to gain experience in customer service if you have no prior experiences. The airline project is good to experience high-call volumes. Within walking distance from LRT KLCC.
    The challengesVery poor management. No night shift allowances. No increment. Some Team Leaders would beg you to work overtime due to being short staffed. Very high turnover rate. Superiors have no consideration in terms of assigning shifts to the agents. Insensitive towards the needs of the workers (LRT is inaccessible if the shift ends late at night, making it hard for those who relied on public transportation). Lack of opportunities to grow.

    The challengesBreak times have been reduced, and multiple call-outs occur even if the break time exceeds by just 3-5 minutes. Key performance indicator scores depend on call duration, which is not entirely the agent's fault.

    Good kick start for BPO company
    The good thingsThe positive aspects of the company include healthcare benefits, a relatively high salary for fresh graduates, opportunities for overtime, free food on certain celebration days (such as Deepavali and Christmas), provision of a computer (enabling work from home once you qualify), comprehensive training, and a supportive working environment.
    The challengesTo apply AL as you've to submit your application earlier before any agents got the date.If your AL falls on PH or certain important date, then you may need to excuse yourself from applying it. Career opportunities here quite competitive as you may need to compete with other agents , but sure maintain your QA score and request personally to your leader for better career advancement.

    Shopee is not the suitable place for talented people.
    The good thingsThe freedom after achieving the daily required email target as per KPI.
    The challengesThe client's non-consistent SOP amendments almost weekly caused inconvenience to both the employees and the users. No clear career success path portfolio or development can be seen as some agents being in the same position for years despite their knowledge and skills. Empty promises such a sudden increase in KPI target without OT and other stuff. Increasing number of resignations and AWOL even from top management due to micromanagement.

    The challengesManagement being irresponsible, lack of timeliness and ignore things until it is forgotten, breaking promises. Not in terms of workload but pays such as recommendation fees, allowance and so on. In the end i get nothing.
