Good environment. Support from management is also great. I had a personal problem, I raised to them, and they actually helped.
If you require tools or PPE, can discuss with the management first so they can purchase for you. Avoid buying with your own salary or you'll start to self-complain saying your salary is not enough.
To be honest, I loved working with the company. I would love to return back one day.
The challengesThe company is improving, compared to all the previous reviews. For Engineers, the challenges would be frequent travel requirement. But if you have issues to travel or require a time off due to personal reasons (marriage/engagement preparation, wife pregnancy is due, or family member is sick), just discuss with the management.
With frequent travel, you will also need to plan your personal luggage to 20kg maximum due to airline limitation (this is also offshore limitation). Your safety boots can be worn during flight if you want to reduce your luggage by 2kg.
