The good thingsInfinite opportunities to learn because Sime Darby Plantation is a conglomerate. Morning meeting comes with breakfast (selection of nasi lemak/mee goreng) and in the afternoon dispatch tapau pisang goreng.
The challengesMany layers of people, department and companies. You need focus, skill and sheer will just to push through certain task. (Sisyphus myth is real!)
